Soul nourishment
How often: Ideally, nutritional baths are given in a series of 7 (once a week). Give them on the same days of the week at the same time, surrounding them with a peaceful atmosphere, and provide rest afterwards.

Temperature: This is a substance bath. Temperature should be only a little above body temperature, preferably not be above 95-98 degrees Fahrenheit, but patient must be comfortable. Warm the bathroom and the bedroom prior to the treatment.
Requirements
- One free range or organic egg (yolk used only)
- One cup raw co’s milk (or, if not available, at least use non-homogenized, no vitamin A+D milk of the best quality available).
- One biodynamic organic lemon
- A small bowl
- A sharp knife
- A fork
- A container for compost.
Procedure
Break the egg, separating the yolk-then gently stir the yolk in a bowl, adding the milk until well mixed, Cut the lemon under the water and squeeze. Add the milk-and-egg mixture to the tub. Mix the ingredients and lighten the water by stirring it in a gentle, organised way.
One can use a figure eight motion. Think of weaving two opposite poles together; a picture of the rhythmic system. Keep your movements fluid and avoid splashing water against the ends of the tub, and don’t let your attention wander; it will detract from the effectiveness of the bath. The hand should not “cut through” the water but rather draw the water along with it-moving the water.
The water is then allowed to become quiet. Lay the patient in the water, submerged to the neck for 5-15 minutes (if perspiration occurs stop the bath immediately).
Do not dry off the patient, but put on his bathrobe immediately or wrap in a large sheet or towel and put into bed. A towel is placed over his head and he is warmly tucked up with the rest of the bedclothes, making sure the shoulders are covered. Then he has a rest or sleep.
During this rest (ideally for 1 hr.) the patient will fairly quickly feel that he is surrounded by a comfortable warmth and he will feel relaxed. (Prevent perspiration by loosening the bed clothes.) After the rest of the skin should be completely dried and he should wear warm clothes.
